Under her company, ANJI Management, Naurin operates Dunkin' locations. With 14 years of experience at Dunkin', Naurin brought a deep understanding of restaurant level operations including but not limited to effective management of teams, focus on speed of service, order accuracy, and guest retention. Before joining the Chunara organization, Naurin worked as a director of operations for one of Dunkin's most successful franchisees and her experience in what it took to grow sales there made her a strong target to join the Chunara organization. Her ability to create a positive and high-performing store environment truly sets her apart and it truly starts with her leadership.
