While many of these businesses operate in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector, certain ownership groups have also expanded into service-based businesses.
Separate entities affiliated with members of the Chunara group own a portfolio of more than 75 single-tenant net-lease (NNN) properties.
Members of the Chunara group also participate as investors in various private equity and investment opportunities through third-party investment funds, including investments made through funds managed by firms such as Eglinton Capital Partners and TriArtisan Capital Partners.

By owning the supply chain, we guarantee the freshest products for our restaurant partners while maximizing efficiency and quality control across our entire regional network. The Coffee Café Bakery (CML) is a 31,150 sq ft automated facility that serves 100+ Dunkin’ locations in metro Atlanta.
